BC Wins Bronze; dominates Nova Scotia

British Columbia dominated the bronze medal game versus Nova Scotia capitalizing on early turnovers and putting the hosts behind 17 to 0 at halftime.

British Columbia continued to capitalize on Nova Scotia turnovers and the score ended 38 to 3. British Columbia captures the bronze and Nova Scotia settles for fourth. It was Nova Scotia’s first appearance since 2005 and B.C.’s first since 2000.

GAME NOTES:

  • BCs #4 Casey Chin scooped up a fumble and scored a TD early in the 3rd quarter
  • Nova Scotia had 5 turnovers… BC scored 24 points off of those turnovers
