CFCs “Top 25” High School poll – Week 2 – WJ Mouat tops list again

CFCs weekly high school poll for 12-man football teams across the country from Antigonish, Nova Scotia to Victoria, British Columbia.
The poll will include teams from all 8 high school playing provinces (PEI & Newfoundland do not play high school tackle football).

1 – (NC) W.J. Mouat Hawks – Abbotsford, B.C. – (1-0 ex.)

Retained their #1 ranking after defeating the New Westminster Hyacks 40 to 20 in exhibition play. John Watson (Team BC) caught a 55 yard TD pass from Cam Bedore (Team BC). Bedore was 11-of-22 for 217 yards and two touchdowns. Outstanding defensive efforts were put in by LB Jake Heathcote (eight tackles), Luke Friesen (seven & blocked punt) and LB Brady Churly (seven).
